I am professional, thorough, and I do not use a generic checklist.  You will
receive a summation of my findings on site.  Then, typically before the end of
the same business day - you will receive your report in a personalized,
detailed, yet easy to understand narrative containing digital photographs
which walk you through your home.  You can choose to receive this via email
as a pdf file, as a hard copy delivered to you, or both.

I invite you to join me during YOUR inspection so that I may personally explain
my findings to you.  In addition to your informative guided tour, your detailed
report will vary between 30-60 pages, depending on the size of your home
and notable deficiencies encountered.

I don't charge a flat rate as I believe this to be unfair to you.  My fees take
into account the square footage and type of home (Condo, Single Family
Dwelling or Multiple Suite) and the amount of time required to perform a very
thorough and complete inspection.

The value of my service is reflected in my expertise, your thorough
inspection, and in the extensive detail of your written report – which is
arguably one of the best in the industry!
