thorough, competent service.

If you would prefer to hire someone from a multi-inspector operation where
inspector's are working for a "pay cheque", and you don't know who will be
sent to inspect your home, then feel free to move on.  If however, you
prefer an inspector who takes great pride in his own business, if you have
questions after the fact and want to speak directly to the Home Inspector
who performed YOUR inspection, you have come to the right place.

I am professional, thorough, take as much time as necessary, and I do not
use a generic checklist.  You will receive a summation of my findings on site.  
At the end of the inspection you will receive your report on a CD.  It will
be a detailed, yet easy to understand narrative containing digital
photographs which walk you through your home.  If you are not able
to attend the end of the inspection you can choose to receive your report
via email as a pdf file, as a hard copy delivered to you, or both.

I invite you to join me during YOUR inspection so that I may personally explain
my findings to you.  Your detailed report will likely be between 30-60 pages,
depending on the size of your home and notable deficiencies encountered.

I don't charge a flat rate as I believe this to be unfair to you.  My fees
take into account the square footage and type of home (Condo, Single Family
Dwelling or Multiple Suite) and the amount of time required to perform a very
thorough and complete inspection.

The value of my service is demonstrated in my expertise, your thorough
inspection, and in your complete understanding of your written Inspection
Report – which is arguably one of the best in the industry!
