Prior to becoming a Home Inspector I spent 10 years as a Police Officer

The professional transition was a very natural and excellent fit as I could utilize
much of the unique skill-set that I had acquired over the years in the policing field
to GREAT advantage!

Think about it; professionally trained as a Home Inspector I am able to expertly
evaluate the condition of your home, but it does not stop there!  Where others
often fall short - BEYOND the evaluation - are specialized areas for which I am
trained to excel and take it to the next level - the areas of communication and
report writing

The thousands of police reports that I have had to write serve me very well
when COMMUNICATING your Inspection Report findings.  This is how I am able to
bring to you a custom-designed report, specific to your home, complete with
vivid, detailed colour photographs.  This is how I am able to effectively
communicate my evaluation findings to you

When we are finished, and you have your report in hand, chances are you will
know the home better than the current owner!

In addition to taking pride in being expert at my job, I am providing a valuable
service to people, which remains important to me; I work in a variety of locations
every day, which I enjoy; and having built, renovated and contracted homes
(including my own) my 15 years of construction experience makes the house
‘system’ something I am intimately familiar with

I am a big believer in that if you are going to do something, either do it right or
don't do it at all!  This sentiment rarely applies to anything so much as it applies to
the construction of a home, and my inquisitive nature that has me wanting to get
to the truth of things serves me (and YOU) well
