There seems to be some confusion in that there is a second company who uses a similar name as my company. We are not affiliated and their
services differ. They will inspect your home and provide a report, however their reports are quite different from mine; my report is not a
hand-written checklist in a large-format generic binder, but specifically written for your home and professionally produced with full colour
photographs of potential defects.

My company is WEST COAST HOME INSPECTIONS. The other company's actual business name is West Coast Professional Building
Reports Ltd.

I hope this alleviates some of the confusion.
