Standards of Inspection are a set of detailed guidelines for home inspectors to
follow in the performance of their inspections.  Without these guidelines an
inspector could walk through a home and only check what he or she FEELS like
checking on the day, which unfortunately, some do.  On the other hand, by
adhering to these Standards of Inspection, I am required to follow these detailed
guidelines.
