- I am a graduate of Advanced Inspection Training

- I own and use high-tech equipment such as a gas leak detector, non-invasive
moisture meters, on-site computer(s), and the greatest ladder in the world!
- I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified
Home Inspectors (NACHI), the largest Home Inspector trade organization in

- I have passed NACHI’s Online Inspector Examination
