One type of inspection does not always meet the needs of every person
seeking a home inspection. For example, a Seller typically has an entirely
different set of needs than a Buyer, as does an Investor who’s planning on
gutting and renovating a home. I offer inspections to meet those differing
needs, providing you with information geared towards your personal
objective(s). I give you the power of choice; I offer solutions.

Anyone needing a property inspection can find something that meets their
needs at a price they can afford. I've outlined your choices and their chief

• Additional Suites (Legal and/or Non-Legal) - ADD $50 each
• Rates subject to change without notice – call to confirm

Prices are based on the square footage of a Single Family Dwelling home

An "Out Of Town" FEE will apply for round-trip distances greater than 150km

Note that I re-evaluate prices quarterly in response to third-party conditions
over which I have no control (fuel prices, insurance premiums, etc.)

GST (5%) is included in all prices
