Every so often an Inspector like me gets a treat. I recently performed an inspection that will
most likely rank as one of the more unique Home Inspections that I will perform over the
next while... maybe ever

This 12,000 square foot, solid concrete 'home' was built 100 years ago, and was originally a
BC Hydro Electric Sub Station, powering an electric passenger rail service that stretched from
the Fraser Valley into Vancouver, with all stops in between

That said, if it looks familiar, you may recognize it as the DREAMCATCHER house, where the
Stephen King movie was filmed
